About MBS
At Minnesota Behavioral Specialists, we have over 50 years of combined experience in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in both center and home-based settings.
We recognize that every child learns differently. That's why we develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique strengths, needs, and goals.
Our collaborative approach brings together experienced clinicians, behavior therapists, and families to create meaningful learning opportunities that promote lasting progress.
Our goal extends beyond teaching individual skills, we focus on helping children develop independence, confidence, and the ability to apply what they learn across a variety of environments. By actively involving families throughout the therapy process, we empower caregivers with practical strategies that support continued success long after formal therapy sessions have ended.

Why Minnesota Behavioral Therapists?
Choosing an ABA provider is an important decision, and we are committed to providing compassionate, individualized care that places your child's growth and your family's goals at the center of everything we do.
At Minnesota Behavioral Specialists, we combine clinical expertise with a relationship-focused approach to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services. Our experienced team partners closely with families to develop personalized treatment plans that address communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
In addition to ABA therapy, we offer Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluations (CMDEs) to determine medical necessity and guide the development of each child's Individual Treatment Plan (ITP). Our focus is on helping children make meaningful progress while equipping families with the knowledge and confidence to support continued growth in everyday life.

In-home ABA Services
Learning happens everywhere, not just in a therapy center. Our in-home ABA services allow children to build meaningful skills within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes and communities.
Serving families throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area, we provide individualized in-home therapy programs ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, with both full-time and part-time scheduling options available based on each child's clinical needs.
Because therapy occurs in the child's natural environment, our clinicians can target skills that directly support everyday routines, family interactions, and community participation.
Sessions may include opportunities for:
Communication and social skill development
Daily living and self-help skills
Community-based learning experiences
Peer and sibling interactions
Collaboration with schools and other service providers
Generalization of newly acquired skills across settings
Each therapy session is individualized to the child's treatment goals, ensuring that every learning opportunity contributes to meaningful, functional progress.
