Together, we'll find what works, with individualized ABA therapy that meets your child where they are.

Our story

Here, your child is known by name.

When your child is diagnosed with autism, the calls start. Waitlists, intake forms, insurance questions, providers who see a lot of kids every day. Somewhere in all of it, it's easy to feel like your family is just one more file in the pile.

You want the very best care for your child. You also want people who know your child, know your family, and walk with you. That's the place Paige Berland and Camille Heyman set out to build.

Paige brings the credentials. Camille jokes that Paige is the "letters" of MBS and she's the "looks." Together they bring different strengths and the same heart for kids and families.

Built around what matters most

Everything we do at MBS is meant to work with your family habits and schedules.

  • 10 & under

    Early intervention

We focus on children 10 and younger, when new skills can make a lasting difference.

  • You

    Parents on the team

You're a partner, not an observer. Family skills training happens all the way through therapy.

  • 6 months

    Support after therapy

Up to six months of family support after therapy ends, so you feel confident carrying skills forward.

  • Together

    A supported team

Our therapists are mentored and backed up, so the people working with your child never have to figure it out alone.

And one promise as MBS grows: growth will never come at the cost of relationships. Every child, family, and team member deserves to be known, valued, and supported.

Autism feels big. You don't have to navigate it alone.

Our Belief

We believe every child can succeed and thrive in this world.

Our Goal

To help each child succeed through the integration of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. These techniques help provide the skills, knowledge, and understanding necessary for each child to thrive. We help children with autism develop new social, communication, self-care, and self-management skills through individualized ABA therapy.

Our Vision

To help children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) grow, learn, and develop the necessary social skills to interact with their peers successfully, while also providing support to help families grow and succeed.

Questions

Questions are where every family starts

You're not supposed to have this all figured out. Here are a few things parents ask us most.

What is ABA therapy?

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy helps children with autism learn new skills by understanding how each child learns and what motivates them. Therapists break big skills like communicating needs, playing with friends, or getting dressed into small, doable steps, and celebrate every one along the way.

Isn't ABA rigid or old-fashioned?

ABA has changed a lot over the last 20 years. Today's ABA is individualized, play-based, and focused on your child's comfort and willingness to take part. At MBS, we build on what your child enjoys and teach what to do, rather than focusing on what not to do.

What ages do you work with?

We focus on children 10 and younger. Early intervention is when new skills can make the biggest lasting difference for children and their families.

Should my child get in-home or center-based therapy?

It depends on your child and your family, and we'll help you decide. In-home therapy can be part-time or full-time and happens where your child is most comfortable. Playing with other kids takes a little planning from parents. Center-based therapy runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and includes time with peers. Family Skills Training can happen at our center or at home.

How do we get started?

Call us at 651-900-2210 or fill out our intake form. We'll set up a free consultation, a relaxed conversation where we get to know your family and answer your questions. From there, our team will complete an assessment, build an individualized treatment plan, and walk you through it before services begin.
